It is the sole responsibility of the user enrolling into a Master Session/Program to check the accuracy of, and evaluate the suitability and relevance of, the Master Session/Program elected. The enrolment into a Master Session/Program is non-transferable.
- All Master Sessions are non refundable at any point in time.
- For Courses/Programs, 50% of base price is refundable 1 week before the program start date (less the transaction fee by Paypal/Razorpay)
- For Publishing Paid Stories
a) No refund if the client is interviewed and has refused to publish the story.
b) Full Refund (less the transaction fee) if the client is not interviewed (in cases where the client opts for a package when the client is interviewed and story is published)
c) Full Refund (less the transaction fee) if the client chooses the package just to publish in which the client gives the story.
d) No refund once the service is delivered.
